What is vibecq?
vibecq is a candidate screening workspace for hiring teams. You share one assessment link, every candidate answers the same 71 questions, and your team reviews the results on a single dashboard — no spreadsheets, no juggling form tools.
The name is short for vibe check: a consistent read on how someone works and how they tend to show up, before you spend time in interviews.
Who it is for
vibecq fits teams of roughly 5–50 people who hire regularly and want structure without enterprise HR software:
- In-house hiring teams who need everyone reviewing the same signal
- Agencies and consultancies who screen candidates for different clients in separate workspaces
- Founders hiring early roles who want more than a CV and a gut feeling
Each company gets its own private workspace. Your candidate data never mixes with another company's.
How it works
- Set up your workspace — Create your company account and invite teammates as Admins, Recruiters, or Viewers.
- Share one link — Each workspace has a single assessment link. Candidates enter a name and email to begin — no sign-up required.
- Candidates complete 71 questions — Work-style scenarios and personality statements, one question per screen. Progress is saved; they can resume within seven days from the same email.
- Your team reads the dashboard — Overall fit, work-style profile, personality bands, and every answer they selected — sorted, comparable, and ready for your next conversation.
What candidates experience
Candidates see a plain, neutral flow. No scores, no trait labels, no pass/fail language — just questions and a thank-you page when they finish.
That matters: nobody gets scored in front of themselves. The depth is for your reviewers, not for the person applying.
What your team sees
| Signal | What it helps with |
|---|---|
| Overall fit (0–100) | Sorting and first-pass prioritization |
| Work-style profile | How the candidate compares on Leadership, Work Ethic, Innovation, and four other dimensions |
| Personality traits | Low / Medium / High bands with plain-language descriptions for interview context |
| In-office preference | A logistics note from intake — never part of the score |
| Full answers | Exactly what they picked; expand any question to see all options |
| Attempt history | If someone retakes the assessment, earlier attempts stay on file |
vibecq never labels anyone passed or failed. It gives your team decision support, not a verdict.
